The reward is 100% of the subscription payment excluding VAT, minus the actual Stripe processing fee. Trials and unpaid invoices earn nothing. Discounts reduce the reward. Annual payments are divided into 12 monthly portions; only the first five qualify.
Each monthly portion becomes payable 30 days after payment or the start of that service month, whichever is later. We review payouts monthly and send them manually by PayPal or an agreed bank method. Provider and currency-conversion fees may reduce the amount received.

Refunds reduce earnings. Disputed payments are held; lost disputes reverse earnings. Adjustments after a payout are deducted from future earnings or settled with the team. Cancellation stops future earnings, but does not remove a valid, non-refunded payment. Resubscribing does not restart the five-month allowance.
Apply with your own verified email and be at least 18. Approval is required before sharing your link. Refer genuinely new paying restaurants, never your own restaurant or one you work for. No fake accounts, spam or misleading promises. Earnings are not guaranteed; you handle your own tax obligations.
The restaurant must sign up using your link. Attribution lasts 60 days after signup and the first valid partner takes priority. If the link was missed, contact us: we can review and assign the introduction before paying rewards. Existing assignments cannot be overwritten.
DineMio is operated by Lekasoft. We may pause participation to investigate abuse or payment issues. Changes apply to future introductions; accepted introductions retain their recorded terms. We use account, referral and payout details to administer this program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
