Use the reservation book to see upcoming bookings, guest details and notes. Add telephone reservations yourself and assign tables as you prepare the room. Switch to the timeline or floor plan when you need a different view of the same service.
Follow the booking through to arrival
Guests receive an email with their reservation details and a link to manage their booking. Your team can record arrivals and reservation outcomes. Missing arrival information stays separate from a no-show confirmed by a staff member, so you can interpret the record correctly.

What does DineMio cost?
- Pro costs $59/month or $590/year, excluding VAT. Annual billing is paid in one instalment. Pro includes unlimited reservations, table management, your website widget and email support.
How does the 7-day trial work?
- Try Pro free for 7 days. You add a card when you start, and nothing is charged during the trial. Afterwards, your chosen monthly or annual plan starts at the prices shown above, excluding tax, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Will I be charged after cancelling?
- You can cancel monthly or annual subscriptions in Billing. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing, or during a paid period to stop renewal while keeping access until that period ends.
Do I need a new restaurant website?
- No. Use your DineMio booking link on its own, or install the widget on your existing website. The installation guide includes instructions for common website builders.
Can I try the reservation system before signing up?
- Yes. The interactive demo lets you follow a sample reservation from booking to arrival. Its sample data is separate from real restaurants and guests.
Can I still take telephone reservations?
- Yes. Your team can enter telephone bookings in the same reservation book as online bookings and use the same table and arrival views.
How do I prepare to switch to DineMio?
- Set up your seating areas, tables and service hours first. Add the upcoming bookings you want to carry over and check availability before replacing the booking link on your website. Contact our team beforehand to discuss your current system and data.
