DineMio · Table management
A table plan your team can use during service.
Your reservation list and your dining room should tell the same story. DineMio brings your tables, seating areas and bookings together so your team can prepare the room and see where guests belong.
01Build a plan of your restaurant
Create seating areas for spaces such as your main dining room and terrace. Place tables on the floor plan and set their capacity. You can start manually or upload a floor plan for AI-assisted detection, then review and adjust the result to match your actual room.
02Prepare tables before guests arrive
Open the reservation book to review upcoming parties and guest notes. Assign tables as you prepare for service, then use the timeline to understand bookings across the day. The floor plan gives staff a spatial view alongside the reservation details.
03Keep the plan practical
A floor plan is useful when it reflects how your restaurant works. Check table names, capacity and seating areas before opening online bookings. If an AI import needs corrections, edit the layout before saving it; the generated plan is a starting point for your team to review.
Common questions
Can I create a floor plan without AI?
Yes. You can add and position tables manually. AI-assisted import is an optional starting point when you already have an image of your floor plan.
Does the table plan replace the reservation list?
No. The reservation book, timeline and floor plan are complementary views. Choose the view that helps with the task in front of you, from reading guest notes to checking table assignments.
