Install DineMio on your restaurant website

Start with a booking button. Add the floating widget if your website allows scripts. Your web designer can use these instructions without access to your DineMio account.

  1. Add a booking button

    Add a button labelled “Reserve a table” in your website editor and paste this booking link as its destination. Publish the page. A normal link needs no plugin or custom JavaScript.

  2. Add the optional floating widget

    Copy your own script from Get started and install it once, before the closing body tag. It opens the booking form over your website. If your editor blocks scripts, the booking button still works.

    • Wix: Use a linked button, or Settings → Custom Code → Body – end on a published site with a connected domain. Check the live site because plan and editor restrictions can apply. Official instructions
    • Squarespace: Use a button link, or Footer Code Injection if your plan supports it. Save and test outside the editor. Official instructions
    • Webflow: Use a linked button, or add the script in the site’s footer custom code area if your plan supports custom code. Publish to your domain and test the live page. Official instructions

  3. Google and social profiles

    Add the Google booking link to your restaurant’s Google Business Profile where reservation links are available. This links to your booking page; it does not enable the integrated Reserve with Google service. Use the social link in Instagram, Facebook or other profiles. Google — Official instructions

  4. Publish, then verify safely

    On desktop and mobile, check the published site, confirm the correct restaurant opens and try choosing a date and time. Use the safe preview below to rehearse submission: it saves no booking and sends no email. Do not submit fake reservations through the live form.

  5. Instructions for your web designer

    Please add a Reserve a table button linking to https://dinemio.com/widget/your-restaurant?channel=website. Optionally install this script once before the closing body tag:

Publish and verify the correct restaurant and date/time selection on desktop and mobile. Use https://dinemio.com/widget/your-restaurant?preview=1 for a safe rehearsal, without creating real reservations. Return the published URL and any remaining blockers to the owner.

    The owner records installation progress and confirms the first genuine booking separately in Get started. Never share your account password.
